AcroYoga Washing Machines are a flow of poses that are rinsed and repeated. In these workshops we take you through strength drills and exercises to build the technique that will be needed to perfect and complete the flow.
Small things like, wrists, pressure, foot angle, weight shifting and grip can make a big difference in refining the moves.
