Suitable for beginners, experienced, athletes, weight challenges, pre & post natal work, kids & teenagers.

LOCATION FLEXIBLE

My home studio, your home, an office, an existing studio, a beach, a park, a school or a school hall.

TIMING

Typical sessions will be an hour long with all materials provided.

YOGA STYLES

Experienced in teaching Sivananda Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Core Fusion, StandUp Paddle Yoga, & intuitively adapting sessions to suit ability & personality.

OBJECTIVES IN A SESSION

What would we like to achieve? What may we want to focus on changing? What does this (pose) do? Why are we doing it? How does this feel (connectivity)? How do we personalize it/ deepen it for YOU & YOUR body?
