Turn your world upside down! Get your handstand on!

If you want to build your strength & confidence in inversions or refine your technique to reach your inversion dreams, then this is the workshop for you!

Exploring headstand, forearm stand and handstands, we will work through strength building techniques, physical preparation & alignment awareness.
Warming up with asana, we’ll then work through vital arm & core strengthening techniques with tightness drills & inversion practice with partners. We’ll explore different ways to come into the more common inversions such as headstand before fine tuning techniques to get your handstand feeling fabulous & progress to free-standing!
We’ll finish with some hand and arm massage to relax.
This workshop is fun & fiery & perfect for yogis who want to take their inversions further, gaining confidence to put them into flows.
We’ll be working with Acrobatic principles & learning solo & partner work that you can build into your daily practice to achieve powerful inversion results.
*Prior Yoga experience is required as these poses require strength & yoga awareness
*Prebooking is advised, as spaces are limited
